1:ORDERS
If you would like to place an order on items that are currently out of stock then feel free to send us an email at jdartsandgifts@gmail.com or us the form in the contact section on our website.
2:SHIPPING
All our shipping is carried out by www.myhermes.co.uk, as a signed delivery. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment. All shipping costs are shown at the checkout screen before payment. A order tracking number will be sent to the email you provide during checkout, within the 2 working day period.

Your Legal Rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our Policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change you mind. Please return the unused/unopened goods to us, with an email stateing the reason for returning the product and the date of return posting, within 14 days. at which you will be offered an exchange or credit note. All returns are posted at own cost.
